Prep-Rite Coatings is excited to announce that the work we preformed and completed on the Rainbow bridge alongside Interstate Restoration in Fort Morgan is up for a APWA award. APWA honors extraordinary Colorado projects, programs and individuals. We are excited to be apart of this nomination in the Colorado Parks and Trails small project division and excited we had the opportunity to work on such a great project! A little information about the bridge….Also called the James Marsh Arch Bridge, this 11-arch concrete bridge was built over the South Platte River in 1923, at a construction cost of $69,290. Listed on the National Register of Historic Landmarks and the National Register of Engineering Landmarks, the 1,110-foot bridge is the only rainbow-arch design in Colorado.
